Frequently asked questions

How do I log a coffee?

Tap any coffee in the Browse tab to open its detail page, then tap "Log this coffee" to record your rating, brew method, and notes.

What's the difference between a private log and a public review?

A private log is just for you - only you can see it in your profile. A public review shares your rating and notes with the community on that coffee's page. You can toggle this any time from your profile.

Can I edit or delete a log?

Yes. Open your profile, tap the log, and you can update or delete it. Deleting a log also removes your public review if you had one.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including logs, reviews, and your email address. This action cannot be undone.

I signed in with Apple - can I also set a password?

Not currently. Apple Sign In accounts use Apple's authentication exclusively.

How do I submit a coffee that isn't in the catalog?

Tap the + button on the Browse screen to submit a new coffee. Our team reviews submissions before they go live.
